The role requires a degree in Business/Engineering or equivalent, plus several years of manufacturing and supervisory experience. Onsite role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree or Masters in Business, Production Management, Engineering or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• 4 years minimum manufacturing experience.
• 2 years minimum supervisor experience.
• Broad knowledge of principles, practices and procedures of a production environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve targets across safety, quality, service, cost and people development.
• Plan and prioritise production to meet customer demand and maintain inventory levels.
• Monitor production performance and quality audits; take action where needed.
• Coach, mentor and support team members to build skills and potential.
• Foster positive employee relations and open communication across the team.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality and other functions to resolve issues and improve performance.
