Job summary

Stryker Tullagreen in Ireland is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead and develop our manufacturing teams. You will drive production targets, maintain high quality and safety standards, and create an environment where people learn, contribute and succeed.

Working with cross-functional teams, you’ll push continuous improvement and ensure we deliver for patients. You will oversee daily operations, plan and prioritise production, monitor performance, coach staff, manage attendance and overtime,

Qualifications

Degree or Masters in Business, Production Management, Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
Minimum 2 years Supervisor experience.
Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve targets across safety, quality, service, cost and people development.
Plan and prioritise production to meet customer demand and maintain inventory levels.
Monitor production performance and quality audits; take action as needed.
Coach, mentor and support team members to build skills and potential.
Provide regular feedback and address performance issues promptly.
Foster strong employee relations and open communication on the floor.
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality and other functions to resolve issues.
