WGNSTAR, An ABM Company in Ireland, is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee operational activities on a 12-hour shift, including day/night and weekends. You will be the main contact for the rostered team and will champion the company values.

The role involves leading safety, quality, and performance initiatives, managing attendance via Softworks, coordinating recruitment with HR, and presenting area KPIs to customers.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in high-volume environments.
• Strong organizational and time-keeping skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, day and night.
• Experience with safety compliance.

Responsabilités

• Act as first point of contact for operational issues on shift.
• Lead weekly and monthly meetings with the team.
• Coordinate recruitment processes with HR and Director.
• Manage Softworks timesheets and attendance.
• Oversee safety training and incident investigations.
• Present area KPIs and maintain dashboards.
• Liaise with customer and attend meetings.
• Monitor and drive quality and process improvements.
