B&Q Ireland in Naas, County Kildare, is hiring a Shift Lead on a permanent contract. The role covers an early-to-late shift pattern (6am to 10pm) with a 36.75 hour week, Sunday premium paid at 0.25, and a full-time equivalent salary of €35,353.50 plus pension and 7 weeks holiday.

As the heartbeat of the store, you will oversee daily operations, ensure proper deployment of colleagues, be the first point of contact for customers and staff, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
