Job summary

B&Q Naas is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee store operations during your shift, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for colleagues and customers from early morning to late evening.

The role focuses on deploying colleagues effectively, delivering great customer service, and maintaining store safety, with a permanent contract and a comprehensive benefits package including pension and seven weeks holiday.

Role

Your role as a Shift Lead is pivotal in ensuring a safe working and shopping environment. You’re the person who will oversee your shift to cultivate a great experience for both colleagues and customers daily. It’s B&Q’s ambition to make every customer count, so you’ll strive to ensure B&Q is a place colleagues love to work, and customers love to shop. In this role you will:
