B&Q are inviting applications for a Shift Lead in Ireland. This is a keyholder role with an early start at 6am and latest finish at 10pm, offering a permanent contract and 36.75 hours per week. Sunday premium is paid at x0.25. You’ll support store operations, help customers and work with the management team to drive great service.

Responsibilities

• Shift Leads work together with our Department Managers to develop, inspire and motivate their teams.
• They support the day to day activities of their department and strive to create teams who take care of each other, and the customers they help every day.
