Job summary

Nando's Ireland is seeking a Shift Lead to be at the heart of the action, helping run brilliant shifts and support frontline teams. This role offers hands-on leadership to drive performance in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

You’ll need energy, a customer-focused mindset and experience leading a small team. Expect a lively atmosphere with progression opportunities and team-building events as you grow with us.
