Job summary

Nando's Group in the Dublin area is seeking a Shift Lead to be at the heart of our busy restaurant. You’ll support to run brilliant shifts, mentor nandocas, and ensure PERi-PERi moments are delivered with energy and warmth.

Ideal candidates bring leadership experience in fast-paced environments, a customer-focused mindset, and the confidence to resolve issues on the floor. This on-site role offers community, career growth, and a pathway into management within our vibrant Nando's family.
