Job summary

Nando’s Group in Ireland is seeking a Shift Lead to be at the heart of daily operations, guiding and supporting the team to deliver outstanding PERi-PERi moments. You’ll lead by example, ensure smooth service, and drive guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Ability to motivate and engage a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shifts and ensure smooth operations at the restaurant.
• Maintain PERi-PERi standards and guest service excellence.
• Support scheduling, training, and coaching of team members.
• Resolve issues quickly to deliver great guest experiences.
