Job summary

Nando's UK & IRE is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Ireland to join our restaurant leadership team. You will work alongside the Patrão to translate business strategy into daily operations, delivering strong results, compliant standards, and a motivating environment for the team.

You will lead service across Eat-in, Collect and Delivery, using data insights to optimise performance and guest experience, while developing talent and ensuring safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and running shifts.
• Ability to balance budgets, forecasting and labour.
• Use data and performance trends to drive sales and profitability.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience across all channels.
