Job summary

Nando’s Chickenland Limited is seeking a proactive Shift Lead to anchor frontline operations during busy shifts in our Irish locations. You will support to run brilliant shifts, lead a team, and ensure guests receive the best PERi‑PERi experience with energy and enthusiasm.

This role is perfect for someone who loves a fast-paced environment, thrives on team energy, and is keen to develop into higher management roles within the brand.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong energy, motivation and ability to engage staff during shifts.
• Customer-centric approach to deliver memorable PERi‑PERi moments.
• Willingness to learn, grow and take on more responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise shift operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Motivate and support team members to maintain high standards during peak periods.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle escalations promptly.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and compliance with restaurant policies.
