Job summary

Nando’s Group in Dundrum, Ireland, is seeking a Shift Lead to join our fast-paced team. You’ll be at the heart of the action, supporting to run brilliant shifts and helping the team deliver great PERi-PERi moments every time.

We value energy, leadership, and a customer-obsessed approach. You’ll lead a team, motivate staff during busy periods, and grow into management with clear pathways and a supportive, family-style environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-obsessed approach and delivering PERi-PERi moments.
• Confident in leading people and solving problems on the fly.
• Willingness to learn and take on more responsibility.
