Nando’s Chickenland Limited in Ireland invites a Shift Lead to drive successful shifts, support the team and deliver memorable PERi-PERi moments. You’ll lead service, foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere and ensure smooth customer journeys.

This role offers leadership development, a supportive team, and opportunities to grow into management as you drive excellent guest experiences.
