Job summary

Nando's Limited is seeking a Shift Lead in Ireland to manage shift operations and lead team members with energy and enthusiasm. You will help plan and execute service, maintain quality standards, and ensure a positive customer experience across all channels.

This role offers opportunities for progression into management, a supportive team environment, and a focus on delivering great PERi‑PERi moments every shift.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-obsessed approach with focus on delivering PERi-PERi moments.
• Ability to lead people and solve problems on the spot.
