Job summary

Nando's UK & IRE in Cork is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the Patrão and lead Nandocas to deliver exceptional guest experiences and strong financial performance. You’ll work to ensure safety, compliance and a vibrant, high-energy team environment on every shift.

You’ll use data and people leadership to drive sales, manage budgets and labour, and develop your team through structured training and career growth programs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams, running successful shifts, and delivering strong operational and commercial performance in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Ability to balance budgets, forecasting and labour to drive profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant management team and collaborate with the Patrão to inspire Nandocas and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Drive sales growth and profitability using data and performance trends.
• Ensure compliance, safety standards and quality customer service on every shift.
