Job summary

Fruition Group Ireland's Dublin-based client is recruiting for a ServiceNow Solutions Architect in a perm role with hybrid working. You will design and maintain scalable ServiceNow platform architecture and lead the implementation of ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request and CMDB.

You will develop enterprise reporting using Performance Analytics, dashboards and reporting tools, collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions, and

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, capabilities, and best practices.
• Deep knowledge of IT Service Management processes and applications.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, and metrics with ServiceNow tools.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and complex implementations.
• Certifications CSA and CAD are preferred; CTA or equivalent is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable ServiceNow platform architecture aligned with business and IT objectives.
• Lead the implementation and optimisation of core ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB.
• Develop enterprise reporting and analytics solutions using Performance Analytics, Dashboards, and Reporting tools.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Ensure platform governance, security, performance, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
• Design and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise applications.
• Support the strategic roadmap for platform enhancements and future capability expansion.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to developers, administrators, and project teams.
• Conduct solution and architecture reviews to ensure consistency, scalability, and alignment with organisational standards.
• Stay up to date with ServiceNow releases, new features, and emerging industry best practices.

• In-depth knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and ServiceNow applications.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, and performance metrics using ServiceNow reporting and analytics tools.
• Solid understanding of CMDB architecture, data modelling, and service mapping principles.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading technical teams and delivering complex ServiceNow implementations.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent advanced certification highly desirable.
