Job summary

Unipharmedtech in Ireland is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and strategic development of our new ServiceNow instance. You will work closely with our consultancy partner and internal stakeholders to ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and aligned with our long-term ITSM and enterprise service management goals.

Qualifications

• Enterprise ServiceNow architecture experience.
• Strong ITSM module knowledge.
• Proven reporting/analytics with Performance Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the overall ServiceNow architecture.
• Lead design/implementation of ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB).
• Build and oversee reporting/analytics framework using Performance Analytics, Reporting, and Dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Ensure governance, security, and performance best practices.
