Job summary

HCLTech in Dublin is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead design and development efforts across ITSM Pro, ITOM, and SAM Pro, under the Bank's guidance. The role requires hands-on ServiceNow architecture, configuration, and integration work, aligned with business objectives and security standards.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in ServiceNow design/implementation, preferably with ServiceNow Certifications, and holds a bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow design and implementation.
• ServiceNow Certifications preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Design and development deliverables for ServiceNow per project instructions.
• Deliver activities related to ServiceNow design, development, integration and configurations.
• Support ITSM Pro, ITOM and SAM Pro implementations and configurations.
• Provide platform governance and architecture oversight.

Job Type- Hybrid (2 -3 days per week)

Job Description: ServiceNow Architect

• Required a dedicated ServiceNow development lead and architect to work under instruction from the customer’s ServiceNow team. Work to be undertaken will be related to the following areas under
• the instruction of the Platform and Product owners:
• ServiceNow design, development and related activities as assigned
• ServiceNow platform and product owners.
• Where assigned to designated projects then to deliver assigned ServiceNow related activities and
• tasks per project plans as assigned by relevant project manager.
• Other ServiceNow design, development, integration and other related activities as assigned from
• time to time.
• The following items will be included as part of the scope of the work:
• ITSM Pro implementation and configuration
• ITOM and SAM Pro implementation and configuration
• Changes in ServiceNow to support target operating model and service proposition activities as
• required.
• Performance Analytics
• Knowledge Articles
• Training and user support for ServiceNow capabilities, modules, tools, etc
• The following is a sample of the kinds of deliverables that are to be provided:
• Design and development deliverables as per instruction from the Bank ServiceNow platform and product managers.
• Deliverables as assigned by relevant Bank product, platform and team managers related to ServiceNow
• Design of and support in the implementation of specific capabilities, functionalities and configurations and other related capabilities as agreed with the Bank.
• Support the work of the Bank in implementing, configuring and utilising the SAM Pro & ITOM modules and related functionality.
• All activities are subject to change and/ or re-prioritisation from the Bank’s product and platform owners as notified to the resources covered by this RFS.
• ServiceNow architecture, design, development and integration activities.
• ITSM Pro, ITOM and SAM Pro implementation/configuration.
• Platform governance and architecture oversight.
• Technology road mapping and alignment with business objectives.
• Design authority, standards and security compliance.
• Support for Performance Analytics, Knowledge Articles, training and user support
