HCLTech in Dublin is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead design and development efforts across ITSM Pro, ITOM, and SAM Pro, under the Bank's guidance. The role requires hands-on ServiceNow architecture, configuration, and integration work, aligned with business objectives and security standards.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years in ServiceNow design/implementation, preferably with ServiceNow Certifications, and holds a bachelor's degree.

1. excellent oral and written communication skill.
2. Experience in handling customer and severity cases.
3. Ability to produce RCA for major and critical cases.
4. Team handling and conflict management skills
7+ years of experience with Service Now Design and implementation
ServiceNow Certifications preferred.
Years of Experience - 7-10 Years of experience is required.
