• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Service Technicians and Team Leaders with coaching and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate technician schedules, allocate resources, and maintain productivity and repair quality.
• Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring repairs are completed on time and per approved quotations.
• Provide technical leadership and first-line support; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Manage service logistics including materials, equipment, and workforce utilization to deliver safe, quality-driven operations.
• Strengthen customer relationships with proactive communication and timely warranty/service resolutions.
• Monitor branch goals and implement actions to improve service delivery and outcomes.
• Champion continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and adapting operations.
