Qualifications

• Technical expertise in power generation, Data Center, or aftermarket service environments.
• Experience with service support tools and systems, preferably within Cummins.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to collaborate across engineering, service, supply chain, procurement, vendors, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize service performance by managing Data Center customer KPIs and driving improvements.
• Lead cross-functional service escalations across Europe with timely RCA and clear communication.
• Drive service transformation by streamlining escalation processes and improving collaboration between functions.
• Manage warranty, vendor and parts escalations to minimize customer impact and coordinate resolution.
• Coordinate strategic service operations by monitoring parts availability and facilitating regional meetings.
