Job summary

OAKTREE CONSULTING in Dublin is seeking a detail‑oriented Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our team. You will receive, validate, and process customer orders in our WMS/ERP, ensuring compliance with SOPs and SLAs while coordinating with warehouse and transport teams.

The role involves monitoring order status, supporting inventory inquiries, preparing reports, and assisting with audits and CAPA initiatives, all while maintaining accurate documentation for compliance and customer contracts.

Responsibilities

• Receive, validate, and process customer orders in the WMS/ERP system.
• Ensure orders comply with customer SOPs, cut off times, and SLA requirements.
• Monitor order status and highlight delays or exceptions.
• Liaise closely with warehouse teams (inbound, outbound, inventory) to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment.
• Communicate special handling instructions, priority orders, and value added services (VAS) requirements.
• Coordinate with transport teams on delivery scheduling, amendments, and exceptions.
• Support inventory related enquiries such as stock availability, shortages, overages, and ageing reports.
• Verify and maintain accuracy of operational documents including DOs, packing lists, invoices, and PODs.
• Assist in inventory reconciliations and discrepancy investigations in collaboration with Inventory Officers.
• Track daily order fulfilment performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs.
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly customer reports (orders, inventory, exceptions).
• Highlight service gaps and support corrective and preventive action (CAPA) implementation.
• Ensure all activities comply with customer contracts, SOPs, and internal quality standards.
• Support customer audits, site visits, and operational reviews.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes
