The Flow Coordinator role reports to the Shift Leader, with duties spanning inventory management, KPI achievement, and cross-functional collaboration. Training, benefits, and on-site facilities are provided.

Qualifications

• GCSE level or equivalent/High School Diploma required.
• Forklift truck license preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Assist Shift Leader in managing warehouse/inventory.
• Goods Receiving, storing, picking & packing.
• Distribute goods internally to achieve KPIs.
• Deputise for the Shift Leader when required.
• Maintain stock levels per Days on Hand and targets.
