Job summary

PE Global (UK) is recruiting a Service Manager to lead one of its Under 12's residential children’s services in Clonmel. You will oversee service delivery, mentor staff, and work with a regional management team to ensure high-quality, trauma-informed care for children and young people in care.

The role offers a permanent full-time position with a salary of €55,000–€60,000, flexible rota arrangements, and opportunities for development within a values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Level 7/8 Social Care qualification or equivalent.
• CORU registration or eligibility.
• Management experience within children's residential services.
• Strong understanding of HIQA and children's residential regulations.
• Full clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team delivering trauma-informed residential care.
• Oversee service delivery and ensure positive outcomes for children and young people in care.
• Shape service development and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop staff, providing coaching and professional development.
• Collaborate with Regional Management to align local services with organisational strategy.

I am currently recruiting for a Service Manager to lead one of its Under 12's residential children's services.
