Job summary

PE Global (UK) is seeking a Social Care Leader for a permanent full-time position in Carlow. The role involves leading a team in a residential children's service, ensuring high-quality care and positive outcomes for young individuals.

Qualifications

• Level 7 or Level 8 Social Care qualification (or recognised equivalent).
• CORU registration or eligibility.
• Relevant experience within children’s residential services.
• Strong understanding of HIQA and children’s residential regulations.
• Full clean manual driving licence.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams.

Social Care Leader | Permanent Full-Time | Salary: €42,000 – €46,000 – Carlow

I am currently recruiting for a Social Care Leader for one of its residential children’s services. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, trauma-informed care. You will lead an experienced team, oversee service delivery, and ensure positive outcomes for children and young people in care.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape service development, mentor staff, and work alongside an experienced regional management team.
