Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft OS and Office 365 suites.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and security software.
• Networking fundamentals incl. TCP/IP, switching and firewalling.

Responsibilities

• Own and resolve assigned support tickets promptly and professionally.
• Adhere to SLAs in handling customer tickets/calls.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot IT software and hardware.
