Job summary

Elk Recruitment in Ireland is seeking a dedicated Service Coordinator to join our client’s team near Edenderry. You will schedule PPM calls, liaise with engineers, and manage contractor bookings to keep preventive maintenance on track.

This role offers on-site work with parking, a permanent full-time contract, and a negotiable salary based on experience. You will raise POs, quote small day works, and ensure effective client communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a scheduling role within the construction/facilities management sector.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Experience working and liaising with engineers.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling PPM calls for an assigned team of engineers.
• Interacting and scheduling contractors for preventive maintenance or reactive callouts.
• Raising and issuing POs to engineers for restocking of vans or for new orders.
• Quoting clients for small day works if required.
• Reviewing engineer PPM dockets and reports.
• Liaising and responding to client communication in an efficient manner.
