Job summary

Elk Recruitment in Dublin is seeking a driven Delivery & Coordination Manager to join our client’s growing team. You will lead programme development, coordinate multi-unit residential projects in Ireland, and oversee information release dates, milestones, and dependencies.

You will run daily stand-ups, manage cross-project meetings, track actions to closure, and report status to Directors. The role requires proactive chasing of clients and consultants and a strong eye for bottlenecks, risk, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering multi-unit residential in Ireland, consultancy or client side.
• Working knowledge of BCAR, Stage 4-onwards information requirements, MMC/precast and Revit.
• Direct, organised, comfortable chasing senior colleagues and external consultants repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain project programmes: scope, resourcing, information release dates, milestones and dependencies.
• Run daily team stand-ups and a weekly cross-project meeting with all leads.
• Own a single FRI register (follow-up, review and action items) across all projects - from design team meetings, site inspections, RFIs and client correspondence. Daily follow-up until closure.
• Ensure teams are chasing clients and client design teams, and that items owed to company are tracked as rigorously as items owed by company.
• Identify critical path bottlenecks - consultant information, client sign-off, BCAR inspection windows, precast design freeze dates - and mitigate.
• Report weekly to the Directors on programme status, risk and open items by owner and age, separating internal from external delay.
• Enforce existing practice SOPs and close gaps where recurring defects show a process failure.
