Job summary

Mercedes-Benz Cork, part of the MSL Motor Group, is seeking a Service Advisor to join its busy Service Team. You will manage the service process, liaise with Workshop and Parts, and advise customers on costs, timescales and repairs.

The role requires strong communication, customer service and organisational skills, with experience in the motor industry and a valid driving licence. Join a team focused on excellent customer care and efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop long-term customer relationships and manage the service process.
• Liaise with Workshop, Service Reception, Warranty and Parts Department.
• Provide accurate advice on technical issues, costs and completion times to customers.
• Keep progress updated for each vehicle and explain additional work or costs as needed.
• Schedule bookings by phone, email or walk-ins and confirm maintenance plans.
• Greet customers on arrival and confirm maintenance/repair work to be carried out.
• Ensure vehicle readiness and clearly explain completed work to customers.
