Job summary

MSL Motor Group in Dublin seeks a dynamic Salesperson for Mercedes-Benz North Dublin. You will drive the sale of new and used vehicles, deliver exceptional customer service, and promote finance and aftersales products while building lasting client relationships.

The role requires a proactive approach, strong communication, and a passion for the Mercedes-Benz brand. You will work in a brand-new flagship dealership and have opportunities for career progression within the group.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably automotive or premium brands.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and used Mercedes-Benz vehicles using company processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service and aim to exceed expectations.
• Promote finance, insurance and aftersales products to maximise profitability.
• Build rapport with customers and generate new business outside showroom.
• Meet KPIs and contribute to annual targets for volume and model mix.
