Job summary

Purely Automotive Recruitment Ltd in Dublin is seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to join a prestige automotive dealer group in North Dublin. You will lead a team of Technicians, Service Advisors, Workshop Controllers, Parts Dept and Aftersales Support staff.

The role reports to the Head of Business and Group Aftersales Manager and requires a proven track record in delivering high levels of customer service, profitability, and efficiency within a franchised dealership.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Manager in a franchised dealership.
• Proven track record in achieving volume, profit, efficiencies and customer service standards.
• Strong people management, team building and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the service department to meet dealer and manufacturer standards, targets, KPIs and business plan.
• Implement group standards to consistently deliver high customer satisfaction.
• Submit warranty claims accurately per manufacturer policies.
• Ensure embedded processes for VHC and EVHC (Personal Video).
• Monitor workshop WIP and debt in line with budget.
• Comply with Health & Safety regulations.

Purely Automotive Recruitment Ltd proudly offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced After Sales Manager to join our client and their teams based in North Dublin. Our client is a very well-respected and fast growing Automotive Dealer Group operating prestige franchised vehicle brands & Used Car Centre's across their businesses in Ireland. As a result of this fantastic opening, we are looking to recruit a highly successful and motivated Aftersales Sales Manager to join their dealer group.

Reporting into the Head of Business and Group Aftersales Manager you will be managing and motivating a team of Technicians, Service Advisors, Workshop Controllers, Parts Department Team and further Aftersales Support Team Members.

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Managing the service department ensuring that it meets dealer and manufacturer standards, operational targets, KPI parameters and the business plan
• Implementing the standards and procedures of the group to consistently deliver high quality levels of customer satisfaction
• Accurate and timely warranty submissions that comply with all manufacturer policies
• Ensuring a fully embedded process is in place for VHC and EVHC (Personal Video)
• Ensuring workshop WIP and debt are in line with budget stipulations
• Full compliance with H&S regulations

For this high-profile role the successful candidate will be/have:

• Currently employed as a Service Manager preferably within a main franchised dealership
• A proven track record in achieving volume, profit, efficiencies and the highest levels of customer service standards
• Confident, self-motivated and disciplined in all areas of business management with strong people management, team building and motivational skills.
• Experience of AUTOMOTIVE brands (Essential)
• Computer literate and comfortable with web-based computer applications
• A clean full clean EU/Ireland/UK Driving Licence is required.
