Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Workplace Services leader to drive an exceptional workplace experience across regional offices in Ireland. You will oversee vendor teams, manage budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional groups to optimise space and culture.

The role focuses on data-driven insights, project leadership, and continuous improvement of workplace programs to support productivity and cost-efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Holistic workplace, office management, community, events and facilities experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership, development, business-partner and stakeholder-management skills.
• Project/programme management and strong problem-solving skills; excellent judgment, decision-making and influencing skills, particularly in complex situations.
• Ability to work from the office five days a week and travel internationally as required by the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop vendor teams across locations, improving maintenance reporting, on-call communications, and office services.
• Oversee vendor performance, SLAs, and contract negotiations to optimize workplace services.
• Develop and manage budgets, inventory, and office supplies across regional offices.
• Collaborate with Catering, Real Estate, EHS, Security, and IT to enhance space use and culture.
• Analyse data and create reports to drive data-driven improvements.
• Lead full-cycle projects like moves, programmes, and regional events.
• Drive continuous improvement and growth of workplace solutions.
