Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead global workforce strategies and partnership portfolios within Trust & Safety. The role involves coordinating with operations, procurement, and finance to ensure compliant budgeting, optimized staffing, and data-driven forecasting.

Based in Dublin, you will influence cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and deliver executive-level reporting to support scalable growth in a fast‑moving tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field (Finance, Economics, Mathematics, etc.)
• Advanced analytical skills demonstrated in large-scale programs
• Proven ability to lead complex projects from inception to completion including change management
• Exceptional stakeholder management across matrix organizations and regions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end strategic workforce planning cycle with milestones and progress tracking
• Collaborate with Operations, Commercial, and Procurement to translate insights into actions
• Co-develop and execute BPO budget plans with strict governance
• Analyze BPO workforce data to forecast needs, identify risks, and inform decisions
• Present executive-level reports and dashboards on planning progress and insights
• Lead continuous improvement by implementing new systems and automated processes
