The K Club in Ireland is seeking an experienced outdoor activities leader to nurture and expand our luxurious guest experiences across the resort's vast estate. You will oversee activity bookings, coordinate with Front Office, Reservations and Sales, and lead a team to deliver seamless, five-star service.

As part of our continued growth, you will develop new experiences, train staff, implement SOPs, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance, driving guest satisfaction and revenue while

Formación

• Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
• Excellent communication and customer relation skills.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, promote and develop the resort's outdoor activities.
• Coordinate on-site activities with Front Office, Reservations and Sales.
• Manage bookings, financial reporting, stock control and profitability.
• Train and supervise activity team members to five-star standards.
• Develop SOPs and maintain outdoor facilities and equipment.
• Ensure health, safety and regulatory compliance with risk assessments.
• Support Sales/Marketing by representing outdoor activities during site inspections.
