Job summary

Quest Recruitment seeks an Assistant Vice President to lead the Investor Relations team for a leading financial services firm in Ireland. You will oversee a portfolio of funds, manage client relationships and ensure delivery of high-quality investor services.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in Investor Relations or Fund Administration, with Private Equity experience and a proven track record mentoring a team. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in Investor Relations, Fund Administration or a similar environment.
• Experience with Private Equity funds.
• Experience with subscriptions, capital calls, distributions and transfers.
• Previous experience leading, supervising or mentoring a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of funds and oversee investor-related activities.
• Lead and support a team of Investor Relations professionals.
• Mentor team members through training, development and ongoing support.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and investors.
• Oversee investor onboarding and ongoing investor administration.
• Manage subscriptions, capital calls, distributions and transfers.
• Maintain shareholder registers and investor records.
• Oversee investor payments and other transactions.
• Manage and respond to investor queries.
• Review and maintain investor data across transfer agency systems.
• Ensure client deliverables and deadlines are met.
• Work closely with clients, auditors, advisers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure investor services are delivered in line with fund documentation and requirements.
• Set and monitor team objectives and support performance reviews.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.
