Job summary

Citco in Dublin is seeking a senior Investor Relations/Fund Administration professional to lead administration for private equity and real estate funds and to manage a small team.

You will maintain shareholders registers, process subscriptions, capital calls, distributions and transfers, and serve as the main client contact across your portfolio. Strong accounting background and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or business.
• 7+ years in investor relations environment.
• Interest in financial markets, hedge funds and private equity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform administration under administration agreements for a portfolio of private equity and real estate funds.
• Lead and develop a small team of supervisors, senior and junior admins.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients across your portfolio.
• Maintain shareholders registers and act as transfer agent.
• Process subscriptions, capital calls, distributions and transfers.
• Communicate with investors and assist auditors and fund participants.
