• Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional and professional investors.

We are currently recruiting for an Investor Services / Investor Relations Supervisor to join a leading global financial services organisation in Dublin.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced funds professional with Hedge Fund, Private Equity or broader alternative investment experience who is looking to take the next step in their career within a growing and highly regarded team.

The Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing investor and client relationships, overseeing the delivery of investor services and ensuring a high standard of service across a portfolio of alternative investment funds.

You will work closely with investors, clients and internal stakeholders, while also providing day-to-day guidance and support to more junior members of the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the day-to-day activities of the Investor Services / Investor Relations team.
• Act as a key point of contact for investors and clients, managing queries and requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Oversee the investor lifecycle, including onboarding, subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and account maintenance.
• Review and manage investor documentation, including AML/KYC requirements.
• Coordinate investor communications and ensure information is provided accurately and within agreed deadlines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional and professional investors.
• Work closely with internal teams including Fund Accounting, Operations, Compliance and Fund Administration.
• Review processes and controls to ensure a high level of accuracy and service delivery.
• Assist with the resolution of complex investor queries and operational issues.
• Provide coaching, guidance and support to junior members of the team.
• Assist with process improvements, projects and the implementation of new procedures.
• Support the management team with reporting and other ad-hoc requirements.

The Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years' experience within Investor Services, Investor Relations, Transfer Agency, Fund Administration or a similar funds environment.
• Experience working with Hedge Funds, Private Equity or other alternative investment funds.
• Strong understanding of the investor lifecycle and fund structures.
• Previous supervisory, team leadership or mentoring experience.
• Strong client and investor relationship management skills.
• Good knowledge of AML/KYC and investor onboarding processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
