Job summary

Quest Recruitment is seeking an experienced Investor Relations AVP for a leading global alternative investment and fund administration business. You will manage key client relationships, oversee operational delivery and lead a team to maintain high service standards.

You will drive improvements in investor servicing, capital activity and reporting while partnering with AML, Treasury, Fund Accounting, Compliance and Internal Audit to ensure robust controls.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience within Investor Relations or similar function.
• Strong knowledge of investor servicing, capital activity and fund administration.
• 3+ years' experience in a senior or supervisory capacity.
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop strong client relationships, acting as a senior point of contact.
• Oversee the team's daily workflow, ensuring deadlines and service standards are met.
• Ensure capital transactions and NAV-related processes are completed accurately.
• Oversee investor and client reporting and ensure timely distribution.
• Lead regular team meetings and drive process improvements across IR.
• Provide coaching and development to team members and assist with recruitment.
