A leading financial services provider in Dublin is seeking a Private Equity Investor Relations Administrator. This full-time role involves administering services for hedge funds and private equity funds, maintaining investor records, and communicating with stakeholders. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and have three years of experience in investor relations. Qualifications
Three years of experience in an investor-relations environment, preferably private equity and/or hedge funds.
Active interest in the financial markets, hedge-fund and private-equity industry.
Responsibilities
Perform the administration of and any services pursuant to administration agreements in respect of a portfolio of hedge funds and private equity funds.
Maintain shareholders registers and act as transfer agent.
Process and confirm subscriptions, redemptions and transfers.
Communicate with investors.
Process payments and other transactions.
Meet expectations of fund participants, adhering to deadlines.
Complete the daily maintenance of all data and records for the Investor Relations Group.
Update investor records on transfer-agency systems.
Assist auditors and other fund participants and advisers.
