Job summary

A leading financial services provider in Dublin is seeking a Private Equity Investor Relations Administrator. This full-time role involves administering services for hedge funds and private equity funds, maintaining investor records, and communicating with stakeholders. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and have three years of experience in investor relations. A strong interest in financial markets and proficiency in Microsoft applications is required. This position offers a supportive work environment with diverse opportunities.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in an investor-relations environment, preferably private equity and/or hedge funds.
• Active interest in the financial markets, hedge-fund and private-equity industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform the administration of and any services pursuant to administration agreements in respect of a portfolio of hedge funds and private equity funds.
• Maintain shareholders registers and act as transfer agent.
• Process and confirm subscriptions, redemptions and transfers.
• Communicate with investors.
• Process payments and other transactions.
• Meet expectations of fund participants, adhering to deadlines.
• Complete the daily maintenance of all data and records for the Investor Relations Group.
• Update investor records on transfer-agency systems.
• Assist auditors and other fund participants and advisers.
