Perform Recruitment is representing a well-established car dealership on Dublin's Southside, seeking an experienced Senior Vehicle Sales Consultant to join their team. You will close deals, build lasting relationships, and drive earnings aligned with results.

What you'll be doing

• Selling new and used vehicles to hit volume targets while protecting margin
• Selling finance, insurance, warranty and accessory products alongside each sale
• Using a structured, effective sales process from first contact to handover
• Building customer satisfaction and loyalty to drive repeat and referral business
• Knowing your product range, pricing and key features inside out, along with what competitors offer
• Reporting directly to the Sales Manager

What you'll bring
