Job summary

Mastercard is seeking an experienced User Experience/Interaction Designer to join our data and services Product Development team at our Pune center. You will drive data-driven UX across dashboards, web, mobile, and IoT, iterating rapidly through prototypes and MVPs while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will leverage Lean UX, Design Thinking, and a strong visual language to shape future data products, ensuring usability and business alignment in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in creating user archetypes and journeys to inform product design decisions.
• Rapid prototyping using Lean UX and Design Thinking.
• Ability to articulate elegant experiences via sketches, IA blueprints and prototypes.
• Experience implementing usable and compelling visual mockups and prototypes.
• Experience with complex information architectures across multiple media.

Responsibilities

• Design proof-of-concepts and MVPs using human-centric design and rapid prototyping.
• Participate in Design Thinking workshops with cross-functional teams.
• Explore data-driven design with AI/ML considerations while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Create cohesive visual language for web, mobile, and IoT forms.
• Collaborate with brand/marketing and UX teams to drive delightful transactional experiences.
