Job summary

Mastercard is seeking an experienced User Experience/Interaction Designer to shape data-driven experiences in a fast-moving product development team. You will prototype dashboards, widgets, web/mobile apps and voice interfaces, balancing business goals with exceptional usability.

Work in a cross-functional setup to iterate designs through Lean UX and Design Thinking, collaborating with brand, marketing, and technology teams while ensuring regulatory compliance and a strong visual language.

Qualifications

• Experience developing User Archetypes and Personas and user journeys.
• Proven ability to create usable visual mockups and prototypes.
• Experience with multi-media design across web, mobile and IoT.

Responsibilities

• Lead design for data-driven product concepts using Lean UX and Design Thinking.
• Create prototypes and MVPs to test with end-users in rapid cycles.
• Collaborate with brand, marketing and technology teams to drive UX/UI outcomes.
• Develop cohesive visual language across web, mobile and IoT form factors.
• Participate in Design Thinking workshops and user research activities.
