Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Specialist in Product Experience Design to join the Services New Product Development team within Mastercard Foundry. You will craft user-centered data product experiences, collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers, and iterate rapidly on MVP concepts, dashboards, and digital interfaces.

You’ll help de-risk new data product concepts through user research, prototyping, and cross-functional workshops, delivering web, mobile, and voice solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Design for Interactive Media or equivalent
• World-beating portfolio covering desktop, tablet, mobile, wearables, and other form-factors
• 2+ years of experience in a world-class CX team

Responsibilities

• Design Proof-of-Concepts and Minimum Viable Data Products (MVPs) using Lean UX and Design Thinking
• Define the next generation of data-driven products and shape Mastercard’s growth
• Conduct user research to validate desirability, usability, and feasibility
• Create designs that present complex data in an accessible, digestible way
• Participate in Design Thinking workshops with cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with brand, marketing, and technology teams to deliver usable experiences
• Work on adaptive/responsive web, mobile, and voice interfaces
• Explore the art-of-the-possible to balance business goals with user engagement
• Ensure designs reflect diverse global user needs with regional alignment
