Job summary

Mastercard is seeking an experienced Product Designer to craft user-centered data product experiences for B2B solutions. You will work in a cross-functional team with data scientists, engineers and product managers to deliver rapid iterations of data concepts, prototypes and MVPs.

The role emphasizes usability, feasibility and desirability in fast-paced settings. You will prototype, test and refine interfaces for web, mobile and dashboards, translating complex data into intuitive experiences

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Design for Interactive Media or equivalent experience.
World-beating portfolio covering multiple form factors (desktop, tablet, mobile, wearable).
2+ years in a world-class CX team with rapid design-test-redesign cycles.

Responsibilities

Design Proof-of-Concepts and MVP data products using Lean UX and Design Thinking.
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers and PMs to define data-driven solutions.
Translate complex data into clear, usable interfaces for web, mobile and dashboards.
Lead design workshops and validate desirability, usability and feasibility.
Iterate designs with cross-functional partners to balance business goals and user needs.
