Job summary

Mastercard in Ireland is seeking an experienced CX Designer passionate about data-driven experience design and strong UI skills to join our data and services Product Development team. You will work with cross-functional teams to rapidly prototype MVPs for B2B and B2B2C contexts, create dashboards, widgets, and digital experiences, and shape next-generation data products through Lean UX and Design Thinking.

The role emphasizes collaboration with brand, marketing, and technology teams to deliver

Qualifications

Experience developing User Personas and user journeys to inform product design decisions.
Experience in the implementation of creative, usable and compelling visual mockups and prototypes.
Experience using prototyping/wireframing tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, etc
Experience of design-experiences across multiple media
An understanding of complex information architectures for digital applications
Experience in rapid prototyping (Lean UX and Design Thinking)

Responsibilities

Prototype and MVP outputs include dashboards, widgets, chatbots, and web/mobile applications.
Participate in Design Thinking workshops with cross-functional teams.
Leverage Mastercard’s design pattern library and contribute new patterns.
Work closely with brand, marketing, and technology teams to deliver usable experiences.
