Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Management Manager in Ireland to lead a team delivering advanced management services from initiative to completion, with a focus on achieving the company’s strategic objectives.

You will supervise staff, coordinate daily activities, manage budgets and procurement, and drive risk mitigation. Strong leadership, communication, and MS Office skills are essential; LEED AP, PMP or CCM are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designations are preferred.
• Ability to lead, coach, and evaluate staff performance.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision and staff development; conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate daily activities and assign tasks; manage deadlines.
• Oversee all phases of project management including procurement, planning, tracking, and execution.
• Ensure contract procurement, negotiation, execution, and closeout are compliant.
• Monitor budgeting, billing, and P&L to EBITDA; liaise with cross-functional teams.
