Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Extensive, progressive recruitment experience in a fast-paced, complex organisation, ideally within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, life sciences or another highly regulated industry.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching, performance enablement, workload management and capability development.
• Proven success managing end-to-end recruitment for professional, technical, scientific and leadership roles.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and a broader HR organisation to support business and workforce priorities.
• Experience using applicant-tracking systems, recruiting analytics and market insights to guide decisions and improve outcomes.
• Track record of proactive sourcing and building diverse, sustainable pipelines for difficult-to-fill roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop an assigned team of Talent Acquisition professionals, setting clear expectations and providing feedback.
• Translate the Ireland Talent Acquisition strategy into practical priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Allocate workloads and monitor delivery against hiring plans, service levels and business priorities.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior, specialist or business-critical roles.
• Build trusted relationships with site leaders, HR, and Centres of Excellence with concise advice.
• Use workforce data and market intelligence to forecast demand and recommend solutions.
• Ensure a high-quality, inclusive candidate and hiring-manager experience.
