Job summary

AbbVie is seeking an HR Business Partner to partner with site leaders and shape the people strategy across the site. You will translate business priorities into a comprehensive people agenda that drives growth and builds an inclusive, high-performing organisation.

Operating with autonomy, you will use data to influence decisions, lead workforce planning, talent management, and change initiatives, while coaching leaders and maintaining alignment with Irish employment law and AbbVie's Ways We Work.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist.
• Ability to partner with site leaders to shape people strategy.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day strategic partnership with site leaders and functions.
• Lead strategic workforce planning and talent management.
• Coach leaders to strengthen decision-making and leadership capability.
• Collaborate with Legal, Employee Relations and other HR specialists as needed.
• Drive change and culture initiatives aligned with AbbVie strategies.
