AbbVie is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with site leaders and translate business priorities into a cohesive people strategy across the site in Ireland.

You will lead strategic workforce planning, talent management, and employee relations, leveraging data and coaching to drive leadership effectiveness, culture, and change in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience partnering with senior leaders
• Knowledge of Irish employment law
• 6+ years HR experience
• Experience in manufacturing/biopharma environment preferred

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day strategic partnership with site leaders and functions
• Shape, drive and influence the site people strategy with defined outcomes
• Lead strategic workforce planning and talent management across assigned functions
• Coach leaders to strengthen decision-making and leadership effectiveness
• Represent HR in cross-site and enterprise initiatives to improve speed and quality of decisions
