Job summary

Morgan McKinley seeks a Supplier Income Governance Manager in Cork on a permanent contract with hybrid work. The role leads governance, control, compliance and assurance for supplier income across the group, working with Finance, Audit and external partners to ensure accurate recognition and robust controls.

You will chair governance forums, challenge stakeholders, and drive standardization and automation of supplier income processes, reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with post-qualification experience in financial control, audit, governance or commercial finance.
• Ability to provide independent challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience dealing with internal and external audit and governance forums.

Responsibilities

• Own and enhance the Group Supplier Income Governance Framework, policies, standards and control requirements.
• Provide independent oversight to ensure consistent application of supplier income governance across divisions.
• Lead supplier income compliance reviews, control assessments and governance certifications.
• Maintain oversight of supplier income risks, deficiencies and remediation plans with timely closure.
• Prepare governance reporting and insights for senior leadership and Audit Committee.
