Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives).
• Proven track record in process improvement, workflow automation, and financial data analysis.
• Experience utilizing financial models, KPIs, and data analytics to drive business decisions.
• PMP certification or equivalent hands-on project management experience.
• Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Manage multiple parallel global projects from scoping and capacity planning through to execution and delivery using Agile practices.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with finance leadership, accounting partners, and technical teams to define solutions for complex operational challenges.
• Process Optimization: Facilitate process improvement workshops to identify efficiencies, standardize workflows, and drive automation.
• Risk & Escalation Management: Proactively identify project dependencies, remove bottlenecks, manage trade-offs, and mitigate risks across cross-functional teams.
• Communication & Scheduling: Build integrated project schedules, track KPIs, and deliver concise, professional status reporting to executive stakeholders.
